Specifications

Controls and Settings

Primary control via AccuLink thermostat. Outdoor unit has service LED for diagnostics.

Thermostat: POWER, MODE (Cool/Heat/Auto/Off), FAN (Auto/On), TEMP ▲/▼, MENU, BACK, SYSTEM STATUS.

Settings Menu: Schedule programming, temperature limits, fan control, humidity setpoints, system test, dealer information, and advanced configuration (dealer access only). System Status Screen: Displays indoor/outdoor temperatures, system mode, fault codes, and communication status.

Connecting Components

AccuLink system requires connection of thermostat, indoor unit, and outdoor unit.

  1. Turn off power at disconnect before making any connections.
  2. Connect 2-wire communication cable: Terminal A and B on all components.
  3. Connect 24VAC power between indoor unit and thermostat if needed.
  4. Connect refrigerant lines, ensuring proper brazing and evacuation.
  5. Select mode via thermostat (Cool, Heat, Auto).

Tip: Label all wires during installation for easier service.

Operating Modes

Supports Cooling, Heating, Fan Only, and Auto modes.

  1. Cooling Mode: Set desired temperature; variable-speed compressor adjusts for efficiency.
  2. Heating Mode: (With compatible furnace) Set heat temperature; system modulates for comfort.
  3. Fan Mode: Circulates air without heating or cooling.
  4. Auto Mode: System automatically switches between heating and cooling based on setpoints.
  5. Dehumidification: Enhanced mode runs compressor at lower speeds to remove moisture.
  6. Schedule: Program daily/weekly temperature setpoints for energy savings.
  7. System Alerts: Thermostat displays alerts for filter changes, maintenance, or faults.

WARNING! Do not set thermostat below 60°F in cooling or above 85°F in heating to prevent coil freeze or system damage.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Turn off power before servicing. Regular maintenance required for optimal performance.

Monthly: Check/replace air filter. Annually: Professional inspection of coils, refrigerant charge, electrical connections, and condensate drain. Clean outdoor coil with gentle water spray (no high pressure). Keep area around outdoor unit clear of debris.

CAUTION! Do not attempt to repair refrigerant system. Contact qualified technician.
